We surpassed our fundraising goals
We were in need of an auction program for our annual auction to support our high school lacrosse team. We found BidStaion because it paired with Square which is the program we use to process payments. We were a little behind in getting the software purchase and ended up getting it a couple of days before the auction with little time to learn the program. The program itself is very user-friendly and we found the videos online to be just enough information when we didn’t know what to do next. We surpassed our fundraising goals and are looking forward to using the program next year with even more success.

Every spring our organization hosts a large outdoor fundraising event on a remote ranch. We typically have around 900 guests and the event is held in a tent. There is no internet access at the site and lighting and power connections are limited. I approached AuctionZoom because we were looking for an innovative way to approach the checkout process during our event. Checkout has been a major stumbling block for us due to the number of guests and the over 150 auction items available for bidding in the live and silent auctions.
